The Microangelo Toolset program comes divided into four different applications: Librarian, Studio, Browser and Explorer. You can create and edit images in all sizes and color formats, including 256x256 (hi-res) images for Windows 7 and Windows Vista. Its precision tools are specifically designed to create outstanding miniature graphics. You can create custom gradients with unlimited colors and transparency levels, draw smooth anti-aliased edges, paint with adjustable opacity, and add dithering/dodge/burn effects, use a preview window which displays the actual size image and “real time” results while creating icons or cursors, use PNG compression for any icon image format, and import PSD, PNG, JPG and BMP graphics.

Microangelo Toolset supports all the colour sizes and formats, transparencies and Vista icons. This icon editing program is very easy to download, install and then use, through its friendly and intuitive user interface. You don't need any technical experience at all to get the most out of it.
